With a face like that, I'd say avocado pureed with a squeeze of lime is right up Jacks alley!
This was actually part of a recipe from Rachael Rays May 09 magazine. It was plantain hush puppies with an avocado dipping sauce and an orange garlic sauce. Very good! Jack obviously loved the avocado.
